About the Telluride

The Kia Telluride is a staggering three-row, midsize crossover. It offers stunning looks, a luxurious interior, excellent performance and won’t break your bank. In fact, it’s even a rival to some of the top models on the market, such as the Land Rover Discovery Sport.

Under the hood, the Telluride is fitted with a V6 that produces 291 horsepower, as well as 262 pound-feet of torque. This is translated through an 8-speed automatic gearbox, and power is distributed across all four wheels. These factors allow the Telluride to accelerate from 0-60 in just over 7 seconds. It feels extremely quick, and you’ll have no problems on the motorway or any other fast road.

In terms of the ride, the Telluride is a little firm. But, if this is an issue, Kia offers a self-leveling rear suspension, to ensure you have the most comfortable ride possible. You can also feel safe knowing that the car's brakes will stop you in the blink of an eye.

The interior of the Telluride is incredibly modern and sleek. It features a wood trim and high-quality plastics throughout the interior. You’ll even get Nappa leather seats, which are incredibly stylish as well as comfortable. Passengers can ride in comfort too, thanks to the incredible amount of space inside.

Kia’s infotainment system is also of very high quality. Standard models include a 10.3-inch touchscreen infotainment center, that features Bluetooth connectivity. It’s incredibly easy to use and features striking graphics. You also have the choice of new technology, such as wireless phone charging and a beefy audio system.

The Kia Telluride scored an overall safety rating of five stars. This ultimately helps the car to achieve its status of being stylish, practical, reliable and powerful. It’s a great allrounder, and one of the best three-row crossovers on the market.

It competes with other three-row SUVs such as the Dodge Durango and the Honda Passport with the USA.
