A downward-facing light-bulb with an exclamation mark inside lighting up on the dashboard of your Renault represents that the LED headlight system is faulty.
The danger of this is that as soon as you require your lights (at night or in a tunnel) you may find that they don’t work, seek help from a trained mechanic or Renault Repairer.
